The solar modules in the MONO series are high-quality modules with monocrystalline cells that always promise top results and a high energy yield. Increasing the number of cells and the associated increase in voltage ensures that the voltage is sufficient to support your energy supply even in seasons with little light. Thanks to their anti-reflective glass, the modules allow significantly more light to pass through and therefore ensure higher transmission compared to other modules. The solar modules can be installed and used in any self-sufficient battery applications such as motorhomes, garden sheds, camping and all off-grid systems. Thanks to the integrated bypass diodes in the junction box, the module can continue to produce electricity even when shaded or in low light conditions.

100Wp HV SOLA Frame - HV stands for "high voltage"
72 cells instead of the usual 36 cells promise yields even in unfavourable light conditions, so that MPPT charge controllers can work optimally here with their Maximum Power Point technology. Conventional solar modules only deliver a low voltage in unfavourable diffuse light conditions, which is no longer sufficient to charge the battery. By increasing the number of cells and the associated increase in voltage, it is ensured that the voltage is sufficient to keep the solar charge controller working even in periods of low light. A further advantage: while the output remains the same, an increase in voltage results in a reduction in the current load on the cables. The high operating voltage reduces cable losses and smaller cable cross-sections can be used.
How can the 100Wp HV SOLA Frame solar module be installed?
The installation of your 100Wp HV SOLA Frame solar module is extremely simple and can be completed in a very short time. Simple installation, quick commissioning and prepared materials make your installation child's play! The modules are enclosed in a stable hollow chamber profile frame and promise maximum stability, especially in extreme conditions.
Electrical connection:
The modules are factory-fitted with a cable connection and MC4 combi connectors to simplify the interconnection of multiple modules. This enables a fast and secure connection without additional cabling work.
Mounting options:
Various brackets, mounting systems and retaining spoilers are available for suitable mounting - whether for attachment to the motorhome, the house wall or other mounting locations. This allows you to flexibly adapt your solar system to your needs and put it into operation quickly. Robust, compact and lightweight design
The solar module is made from a stable and salt water-resistant aluminium hollow chamber profile frame and highly permeable, heat-resistant anti-reflective glass. The housing frame provides the module with stability to meet the requirements of mobile and outdoor use. It is complemented by the weatherproof junction box (IP68), which ensures maximum durability and longevity overall.
Our recommendation
These modules are ideal for installation in off-grid systems or on motorhomes and boats. Operation with a good MPPT controller is recommended in order to maximise the yield. Of course, the solar cell can also be operated with conventional PWM solar controllers (note the input voltage), but the advantage of an MPPT controller is an additional yield of approx. 20%.
If several solar modules are used, always connect them in series and only then allow them to be regulated down to the battery voltage in the MPPT solar charge controller. This makes the cabling more cost-effective (no Y-connectors are required for parallel connection), the loss on the line is lower as the solar power is transported to the charge controller with a low current at high voltage. The solar charge controller can also work in diffuse light, as the voltage of the solar modules is high due to the series connection. As this module supplies a high voltage, it is also a very good choice when used individually, as it supplies sufficient voltage to keep the solar charge controller working even in diffuse light. The module can also be used individually for 24V battery systems.
