The 750Ah BullTron LiFePO₄ battery currently represents the absolute maximum available power and capacity that can be realised under the seat of a motorhome. It was specially developed for use under the seat of the Fiat Ducato* and can therefore also be used for models of the same design, such as the Citroen Jumper or Peugot Boxer. Of course, the battery can also be fitted in a different position. As it is designed by the manufacturer for both horizontal and vertical installation, it offers a high degree of flexibility during installation.
It is designed for high power requirements and can deliver continuous currents of up to 500A or outputs of up to 6,400W. An integrated battery management system (BMS) with active balancer, ON/OFF switch, Bluetooth and WLAN connection and CAN bus ensures safety, monitoring and optimum cell balance. This is complemented by one of the most powerful heating systems on the market, which guarantees reliable operation even at low temperatures.

Why is the BullTron 750Ah lithium battery the ideal lead-acid battery replacement?
As the ideal replacement for conventional lead batteries, the 750Ah BullTron LiFePO₄ battery offers up to ten times longer service life, a weight reduction of up to 80 per cent, high energy reserves and stable voltage even under extreme loads, and is aimed at users who are looking for a high-performance replacement for conventional lead batteries. Its use increases the possible usable capacity by a factor of 7.5 while maintaining the same weight as the old battery.
An extremely long service life is guaranteed even with regular deep discharge (4000 cycles at 100% DOD/discharge depth or 7000 cycles at 80% DOD/discharge depth) thanks to the latest lithium technology, making the BullTron battery the ideal supply battery.
What applications is the 750Ah lithium battery suitable for?
With its high energy storage capacity of 750Ah, this battery is aimed at users who require large energy reserves for mobile or self-sufficient use. It is ideal for camper vans, motorhomes and food trucks in which refrigerators, cooking and kitchen appliances, lighting and other electrical consumers need to be reliably supplied with energy over long periods of use or downtime. The high capacity enables a high degree of self-sufficiency and provides sufficient energy reserves for continuous daily operation.
In addition, a battery in this capacity class is ideal for off-grid applications, mobile workshop and service vehicles as well as for the emergency power supply of sensitive systems, such as medical devices or monitoring and security technology, where a long-lasting and reliable power supply is essential.

How time-consuming is it to replace the 750Ah lithium battery?
Installation is very simple: remove the old battery, insert the new battery - done. Depending on the installation location, the installation effort may vary. Thanks to the integrated BMS, Bluetooth, active balancer and heater, all the necessary components are already included in the lithium battery. As a rule, existing chargers can be retained, but of course we also stock chargers specially designed for lithium batteries.
The prerequisite is that a battery-to-battery charging booster is installed in your vehicle. This limits the charging currents to a safe value and thus prevents overloading of the existing wiring and fuse in the wiring harness between the starter and body battery. If required, additional batteries of this model can be added and connected in parallel. Series connection to a 24V / 36V / 48V battery system is not possible!
What information does the BullTron app provide via Bluetooth from the smart 750Ah battery?
The battery data is sent in full to the Bulltron app (available for Android and iOS). If several Bulltron batteries are used, the batteries can be combined into one in the multi-app. The total charge status of the battery group is then displayed, but the data for each individual battery can still be displayed at any time.
If no Bluetooth function is required, the Bluetooth module can be deactivated by removing the plug (accessible from the outside of the battery).

If an exact capacity / state of charge display is required, an external SmartShunt or battery monitor must be integrated directly after the battery in the negative line.

How safe is the lithium technology (LiFePO4) in BullTron batteries?
BullTron batteries use lithium iron phosphate technology (LiFePO4), currently the safest lithium technology on the market. All batteries consist of powerful and very durable (LiFePo4) cells and an integrated battery management system (BMS). The BMS permanently protects the individual cells and the entire battery against over/under voltage, over/under temperature, overload and short circuit (automatic shutdown without damage).
Premature battery failure due to external influences or incorrect use is effectively prevented by the BMS.
