Please note that the zero tax rate applies to the purchase of home storage systems and PV systems (including individual components thereof). following requirements requires:
- The purchaser and plant operator must be the same person.
- The solar installation must be close to residential buildings or located on public and other buildings used for activities that serve the common good.
- The solar system must not exceed 30 kW (peak).
- The system must be installed in Germany.
- The buyer is subject to the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).
This is how to place an order at zero tax rate:

Select the 0% tax box and tick the ‘Confirm’ box if all requirements are met. Add your desired products to your shopping basket as usual and complete your order at the checkout.
ATTENTION: When purchasing the product for installation in motorhomes or boats or other applications not connected to a domestic storage system, the zero tax rate may not be applied!

The EcoTracker IR is the perfect solution for measuring electricity consumption in your home in real time. With its magnet, it is connected to your meter and then continuously transmits the power consumption to the everHome platform, where you can track it. In the everHome app, which is available free of charge for iOS and Android, you can also view and manage your consumption data. Without monthly costs, you can optimise your energy consumption and save money.
The EcoTracker is easy to install and operate, making it the perfect addition to your smart home. Simply connect it, create an everHome account and add your EcoTracker to your account - done!
To use the EcoTracker, you need WLAN and a socket on the meter cupboard.
Depending on the electricity meter you have installed, you may need to activate it with a PIN in order to receive the complete data set. You can obtain the PIN from your responsible metering point operator.

Tip: As the ET-IR requires a power supply, but there is not always a 230V socket available near the meter cabinet, we have tested the operation of the EcoTracker on a power station. We used a power station with 10,000mAh. It provided power for just under 3 days. This opens up the possibility of using the EcoTracker only temporarily or operating it on a power station, which of course has to be changed.
everHome app for Android and iOS
With the intelligent app, you can easily record the energy consumption of your end devices and gain detailed insights into their consumption patterns.
- Distribution: In this view, you can track the flow of electricity in your household, the solar system, your wallbox, your storage unit and the power grid in real time.
- Real-time: Keep an eye on your energy consumption at all times thanks to the consumption values made available to you in real time. This gives you the opportunity to optimise your energy efficiency and thus save costs.
- Budget billing: With the budget billing view function, you can find out how much you have actually consumed and keep track of your electricity costs. Track your instalment payments and compare them with your actual consumption. This helps you to effectively save costs and better understand your electricity bill.
- History: With this function, you can access your past data at any time and thus analyse your consumption behaviour. This means you always have an overview of your energy consumption and can improve your energy efficiency in the long term.
