Delivery time
From 13 June 2014, we are obliged to inform you of the maximum delivery time for each product online. For payments made via PayPal, cash on delivery or credit card, goods that can be shipped by parcel post will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 working days for deliveries within Germany. However, we must also specify the longest possible delivery time to give customers the opportunity to calculate the end of the delivery period. The longest possible delivery time applies to the payment methods prepayment/bank transfer (transfer on Friday evening, bank processing time, payment received on Tuesday afternoon, dispatch on Wednesday, arrival at your address on Thursday or Friday), which means that in the worst case scenario, the delivery time is 5 working days.
Information on calculating the delivery date:
The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution in the case of payment in advance, or on the day after the conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. The delivery period must be added to the stock status specified for the respective item.
General freight forwarding as well as parcel and bulky goods shipping abroad: If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Parcel and bulky goods shipping within Germany: If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If you order several items from us in one order for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment; this must be added to the stock status indicated for the respective item.
