Note on participation
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions. The competition is not affiliated with the organisers of Abenteuer & Allrad and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by them.
Terms and conditions of participation – Fraron competition "Abenteuer & Allrad 2025"
1. Organiser
The competition is organised by Fraron Electronic GmbH, Industriestraße 2a, 63825 Schöllkrippen, Germany.
2. Participation period
Participation is possible from 19 June 2025 to 22 June 2025 at 8 p.m.
3. Participation
Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Participation is only possible with a valid email address. Employees of Fraron Electronic GmbH are excluded from the competition.
4. Profit
There are three shopping vouchers for the Fraron online shop to be won: 1st place: EUR 150, 2nd place: EUR 100, 3rd place: EUR 50. The vouchers are valid indefinitely, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Procedure & determination of winners
Participants must estimate how much water is in a specified container at the exhibition stand. The three most accurate estimates win. If there are several identical estimates, the ranking will be decided by drawing lots.
6. Data protection
The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. Further information is available at: https://www.fraron.de/privacy-policy/
7. Legal recourse & liability
Legal recourse is excluded. Fraron accepts no liability for technical malfunctions or data loss.
8. Further information
- If the prize cannot be allocated due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the claim to the prize shall lapse.
- FraRon is entitled to exclude individuals from participation or the prize draw if there are legitimate reasons for doing so, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, manipulation, etc.
- Reservation clause: FraRon reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if, for example, technical or legal reasons prevent the competition from being conducted properly.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
- FraRon reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
